Health Savings Accounts

A Health Savings Account (HSA) allows you to set aside money on a pre-tax basis to pay for qualified medical expenses. Qualified medical expenses include deductibles, copays, vision and dental. Using untaxed funds from an HSA may allow you to lower your overall health costs. HSA accounts may be set up by people who are in certain qualified High Deductible Health Plans.
